Our Mold Removal Work: Before and After

Our certified mold professionals at Mountain Air Indoors, Inc. are highly skilled and experienced when it comes to dealing with home interior mold issues. The following projects are a small sample of the mold remediation work we have been doing in Bend, OR since 2007. Most commonly we see mold develop in attics for a number of reasons but it can grow anywhere there is a moisture and food source. No matter where mold may show up, rest assured, our crews are ready to handle it!

Bath Fan Ventilation Repair

The #1 cause of mold occurring in attic spaces is mis-routed bath fans. The warm moist air produced from bathrooms is often injected straight into the attic due to improper routing of the exhaust. We have perfected this repair and before we leave we ensure that every attic has proper bath fan exhaust routing, insulation, and ventilation.

Attic Drying with Remediation

Often the attic sheeting is still saturated with moisture. It is essential that the materials are dried prior to any treatment. Therefore, we are able to install air movers into the attic space in order to expedite drying. Once dry, our technicians can go to work cleaning the mold and making necessary repairs.
